Sour cream cake with berries

For the test, sift 200 grams of flour into a bowl, add 70 grams of sugar, baking powder, and diced or grated cold butter. Thoroughly rub the resulting mixture by hand into crumbs.
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Sugar: 140 g
- Baking powder: 5 g
- Butter: 100 g

Add an egg and pour in ice water. Knead the dough — it should not be too stiff, but tender and smooth.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Water: 40 ml

For the filling, add the remaining sugar to the sour cream, add vanilla sugar and the remaining two eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- Sour cream 15%: 200 g
- Sugar: 140 g
- Vanilla sugar: 1 piece
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Roll the dough into a round sheet with a diameter of 22 cm. Place the dough in a mold of the same diameter and gently stretch it with your hands to form high edges.

Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork and pour the filling into the mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. The filling will jiggle slightly when hot and will thicken as it cools.

Let the pie cool in the pan. Decorate with berries.
