Put butter in a pot and melt it. While stirring continuously, add flour to the butter and fry until a light brown crumbly mass forms.
- Butter: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 2.5 glasss

Mix honey with water and bring to a boil, then carefully pour the hot syrup into the flour.
- Honey: 100 g
- Water: 2 glasss

After the mass becomes dense and viscous, add cheese sliced into thin pieces and keep it on the fire for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Suluguni cheese: 300 g

Place the halva on a flat dish, smooth it out, and cut into diamonds with sides of 4-6 cm. Serve cold.
