Heat the milk until warm, add 2 teaspoons of sugar, yeast, and flour. The consistency should be like liquid sour cream. Combine eggs, salt, and 50 grams of sugar, and whisk lightly. Add 70 grams of butter.

When the dough has risen and increased in volume by about two times, mix it and combine with the eggs. Optionally add vanilla and mix until smooth.

When the mass becomes homogeneous, add flour. The dough should be very soft, elastic, and it may be slightly sticky. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise. After about an hour, you can stretch the dough. In total, the dough should rest for about 2 hours.

Divide the dough for future buns; from the specified amount, you will get 21 buns weighing 50 grams each.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet. Cover them with plastic wrap and leave for 20-30 minutes.

While the buns are standing, prepare the topping. For this, we need: 45 grams of flour, 40 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of butter. Mix everything quickly and crumble it into fine crumbs.

When the dough has risen, remove the film and brush the buns with egg, then sprinkle them and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes (top-bottom mode).
