Prepare the dough: mix flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add warm water and vegetable oil. Knead and let it rest under a towel for 25-30 minutes.
- Oat flour: 600 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Dry yeast: 2 teaspoons
- Water: 1.5 glass
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

Prepare the filling. Finely chop all the greens, add crumbled cheese, and mix.

Divide the dough, roll it out, add the filling, seal it. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
