40 minutes
Dietary cheesecake with pear is a refined treat where the delicate taste of cottage cheese intertwines with the sweet notes of juicy pear. This dessert was born as a response to the desire to enjoy a classic cheesecake without extra calories while maintaining the lightness and softness of the traditional recipe. Light yet rich, it is perfect for those who value healthy eating. Ricotta and cottage cheese create a creamy texture, while oat bran adds a pleasant graininess forming the base. Thanks to gelatin, the cheesecake achieves perfect density, and the pear brings natural fruity freshness. This dessert will be an ideal finish to lunch or a morning treat, and its delicate flavor will enhance the moment of enjoyment. It can be served as a standalone dish or complemented with a cup of fragrant tea.
