Vegan pancakes are a delicate and airy treat inspired by classic European traditions. Excluding animal products, this recipe remains rich in flavor thanks to the combination of wheat and flax flour, which adds a light nutty note. Cane sugar adds natural sweetness, while plant milk makes the batter soft and velvety. The golden pancakes pair perfectly with maple syrup or floral honey, giving them an exquisite sweetness. This dessert is suitable for a morning breakfast or a cozy tea time, delighting not only vegans but all lovers of delicious and healthy baked goods. They are easy to prepare, and their appetizing aroma fills the home with warmth and comfort.
