Very onion rolls are a fragrant treat that combines the softness of airy dough with the rich flavor of green onions. This recipe embodies the best traditions of European baking, where simple ingredients turn into exquisite delicacies. The kefir-based dough makes the rolls tender, while the addition of fresh onions gives them a pleasant spiciness and freshness. These rolls are perfect for lunch or dinner, complementing soups, salads, or meat dishes. They can be served with aromatic butter or a delicate cheese sauce. The golden crust, soft texture, and rich flavor make these rolls an ideal choice for cozy family evenings or festive gatherings.

Then knead the dough, let it rise again, knead it again and place it on a greased surface. Also grease the rolling pin with oil. Roll out the dough (not thin) into a sheet about 30x30 cm, chop the remaining onion and distribute it over the surface of the dough. Roll up the dough into a roll and cut it into about 8 pieces with a sharp knife.
