Blend the cottage cheese and powdered sugar. Add cream and vanilla, then blend again.
- Cottage cheese 18%: 170 g
- Powdered sugar: 20 g
- Cream 35%: 150 ml
- Vanilla pod: to taste

Put the mixture in a pastry bag. Fill the silicone molds with the mixture. Insert popsicle sticks into the cheese. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Place chocolate and cocoa butter in a water bath. Melt until smooth.
- Dark chocolate 55%: 200 g
- Cocoa butter: 70 g

Take the cheese from the freezer. Dip the cheese in the glaze, holding by the sticks. Place the cheese on parchment. Let the glaze set.

Decorate with boiled condensed milk and strawberries.
