Sift the flour, add corn starch, cocoa powder, sugar and a pinch of salt, and mix everything with a whisk. Break in the eggs and mix them with the flour. Pour in the milk and sunflower oil, and mix gently again. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 150 g
- Cornstarch: 50 g
- Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 30 g
- Salt: pinch
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Milk: 500 ml
- Sunflower oil: 2 tablespoons

For the chocolate filling: place cream in a pot, when it boils, remove from heat and add dark chocolate and butter.
- Cream 30%: 100 g
- Dark chocolate 70%: 100 g
- Butter: 25 g

Place a pan on the stove and let it heat well. Pour in some batter and spread it in the pan. Bake for about one and a half to two minutes.
