Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.

Mix 200 grams of flour, half the sugar, baking powder, and grated cheese. Pour milk and oil into the dry mixture and knead the dough.

Peel the apples, chop them, add cinnamon, the remaining flour and sugar, and mix well.
