Pie with tea

Tea pie is a cozy and aromatic dessert that comes from the depths of Russian culinary tradition, where simplicity and ingredient accessibility are valued. Brewed tea gives the dough softness and a special spiciness, while jam adds a light sweetness and fruity note. The taste of the pie is rich, slightly moist, with a delicate texture reminiscent of old-fashioned home baking. It is perfect for tea time, especially on cool days when you want to warm up with comfort and coziness. This pie can be easily adapted by adding nuts, dried fruits, or favorite spices. Due to its simplicity and absence of eggs and dairy products, it is great for vegan diets while remaining surprisingly tasty and fragrant.
