Add yeast and a tablespoon of sugar to the warm milk. Mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Add 60 grams of sugar to 75 grams of butter, two eggs one by one, then the prepared yeast, milk, and a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything until smooth.

Sift about 550 grams of flour into the mixture, knead a non-sticky dough, and add more flour if necessary. Then leave the dough in a warm place for an hour.
