To prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients (except for the cheese) until smooth and let it rest for 2 hours.

Roll the dough into an oval shape.

Grate Imeretian cheese and suluguni. Mix with stracciatella until smooth. Place the mixture on the dough. Then shape the dough into a boat.
