For the caramel, soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain the water and blend with milk until smooth. The caramel should not be too runny, so add the milk gradually. Next, coat the bars with caramel and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.

Prepare chocolate over time. You need a saucepan or a milk pitcher for this. Melt the butter, add cocoa and water, stirring constantly. The chocolate should be liquid; at the end, add a spoon of honey and, if necessary, a bit more water.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Coconut oil3 tablespoons
    2. Cocoa5 tablespoon
    3. Water60 ml
    4. Honey3 teaspoons

Take the bars out of the fridge and dip them one by one in chocolate. Since the bars are cold, the chocolate will harden very quickly. Put them back in the fridge until fully hardened.
