The healthy bars 'Twix' are the original version of the famous treat adapted for health food lovers. Inspired by American cuisine, these bars feature a rich chocolate flavor combined with soft date caramel. Oats and raisins create a pleasant texture, while natural honey and coconut oil add a refined sweet aftertaste. They are perfect for a snack or light dessert, providing energy and filling with nutrients. They are easy to prepare – natural ingredients are mixed, chilled, and coated in chocolate glaze, creating a delightful combination of a crunchy base and soft filling. These bars are a true compromise between taste and health, allowing you to enjoy your favorite dessert without guilt.

1
In a blender, grind the oats, add raisins and cocoa, and blend thoroughly again. Shape the mixture into bars and make a slight indentation in the middle.
- Oat flakes: 1 glass
- Raisin: 100 g
- Cocoa: 5 tablespoon

For the caramel, soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain the water and blend with milk until smooth. The caramel should not be too runny, so add the milk gradually. Next, coat the bars with caramel and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- Pitted dates: 10 pieces
- Milk: 60 ml
3
Prepare chocolate over time. You need a saucepan or a milk pitcher for this. Melt the butter, add cocoa and water, stirring constantly. The chocolate should be liquid; at the end, add a spoon of honey and, if necessary, a bit more water.
- Coconut oil: 3 tablespoons
- Cocoa: 5 tablespoon
- Water: 60 ml
- Honey: 3 teaspoons

Take the bars out of the fridge and dip them one by one in chocolate. Since the bars are cold, the chocolate will harden very quickly. Put them back in the fridge until fully hardened.
