Beat softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, adding eggs one at a time.

Then add the apple, peeled and cored, grated, followed by all the spices.

Continue whisking, adding flour with baking powder in two batches.
- Wheat flour: 325 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Grease the mold with oil and lay half of the dough at the bottom, level it out and make small edges.

Cook the pudding in a saucepan according to the instructions on the package.

Spread the pudding in the mold, then add the second half of the dough on top and smooth it out.

Peel the second apple, cut it into small pieces, and place it on top of the pie (you can do it only in the center).

Place the mold in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.

Take the baked pie out of the oven, cool for 5 minutes, and spread slightly warmed apricot jam on top. Once completely cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
