Make sand dough. Take the butter out of the fridge for a few hours. It should be soft. If there's no time, you can put it in the microwave for 20 seconds to speed up.

For the test, take a pack of 90% butter. Use the rest for greasing baking paper. Mix the butter with baking powder, sugar, and flour. Gradually add the flour. The dough should be slightly sticky. If it starts to crumble, add more butter from the remaining pack.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place baking paper in a round pan, grease it with remaining butter and sprinkle a little flour. Put the dough in the pan. Do not roll it out completely; place it in pieces as it's easier with shortcrust pastry. Prick the dough in several places with a fork to prevent puffing up and bake for 6 minutes in the oven. This will ensure the dough is well-cooked.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling for the pie. Blend cream cheese with cottage cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. The filling is ready.

Remove the slightly baked dough from the oven, add canned mango on top, and then the filling.
