Chocolate Truffles

These ganache candies are called truffles because they resemble the mushrooms of the same name. As a rule, something tasty and alcoholic is added to the ganache for flavoring: cognac, rum, liqueurs. It is best to take special confectionery chocolate in the form of drops-tablets for truffles, but they can also be made from regular bar chocolate.
