Peel the onion, carrot, and garlic. Dice the onion and carrot, crush the garlic. Wash the celery and slice it, cut the sausages into rounds. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the sausages for 4 minutes. Add all the vegetables, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

Mash the tomatoes with a fork and place them in a pot with the juice. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
