Stracciatella is a traditional Italian soup known for its simplicity and refined taste. Its roots trace back to Rome, where it was considered a hearty yet light meal. The base is an aromatic chicken broth filled with an airy egg mixture and Parmesan, creating delicate flakes. The addition of tiger shrimp adds a seafood touch, while fresh spinach brings lightness and freshness. This soup is especially good on cool days; it warms and satisfies while remaining light. Ideal for dinner when you crave something cozy but not heavy. Stracciatella exemplifies the harmony of simple ingredients creating a rich flavor familiar and loved in many Italian families.
