Place the pot on medium heat, add onion and oil.
- Onion: 2 heads

Mix everything thoroughly until the ingredients are heated.

Then add peas and 3 cups of boiling water.
- Peas: 400 g

Remove from heat and let cool. Then pour the almost ready soup into a blender and blend thoroughly to make a puree.
