Cut the prepared meat into medium-sized cubes. Chop the onion finely.

Pour vegetable oil into a pot and place it on the heat. Sauté the onion until golden over medium heat, then add the meat, cook for 2-3 minutes, add a little salt, and cook covered for 20-30 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into large cubes, finely chop the garlic, and slice the hot pepper thinly. Add the prepared vegetables to the wok.
