This hearty soup with beans and rice in chicken broth is a true embodiment of home comfort and European culinary traditions. It combines the tenderness of chicken broth, the nourishment of beans and rice, along with spicy notes of adjika, tomato puree, and spices. Soaked beans give the soup a rich texture, while some blended beans make the broth thicker. Carrots add a light sweetness, while garlic and coriander provide aromatic depth. The dish is warming and filling, perfect for cold days or simply for a cozy family dinner. Fresh cilantro added before serving finishes the taste with freshness and a slight tanginess. This soup can be served with crispy bread or croutons, creating an ideal balance of flavors and textures.
