Creamy salmon puree soup is a delicate dish of European cuisine that embodies the harmony of creamy notes and the noble taste of red fish. Salmon infused with spice aromas combines with the velvety texture of mashed potatoes, sautéed onions in butter, and rich fish broth. The lightness of the cream gives the soup an airy quality, creating a pleasant feeling of warmth and comfort. This soup is perfect for dinner on a cool day, delighting with its soft and enveloping flavor. Historically, such soups were popular in northern countries where red fish was considered a delicacy and creamy soups provided coziness.
