Prepare a delicious broth from chicken fillet.
- Chicken broth: 100 ml

Chop the onion coarsely and sauté in a mixture of butter and olive oil, add a little sugar, introduce finely chopped carrot, sauté a bit, add mushrooms, garlic, season with salt and pepper, leave on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, add fresh spinach, sauté for 1 minute, remove from heat, transfer to a blender, add broth and blend thoroughly.
