Boil about 2 liters of salted water in a pot.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Peel the onion, cut it in half, and slice it into half-rings. Add the potatoes and onion to a pot of water and boil until cooked.
- Potato: 3 pieces
- Onion: 1 piece

Cut the fillet into large cubes (about the same size as the potatoes) and add to the vegetables. Cook for a few more minutes.
- Salmon fillet: 300 g
