Cut the pork into small pieces, fry in 2 tablespoons of heated oil for 8 minutes. Transfer to a pot, add 1.5 liters of water, and boil for 30 minutes.

Peel and finely chop the onion, carrot, and potato. Sauté the onion and carrot in the same pan for 6 minutes, then transfer to a pot. Add the potato, salt, and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes.
