Okroshka with kefir and sparkling water

Another popular version of okroshka is with kefir and mineral water. For those who simultaneously lack the bubbling of kvass and the sour-milk taste. The recipe is, of course, basic - the composition can be changed as you like .

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and boil until cooked.
- Potato: 4 pieces

Boil the eggs hard, rinse under cold water, peel, and chop finely.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Cut the salami into small cubes.
- Salami: 150 g

Grate the radish on a coarse grater.
- Radish: 220 g

Cucumbers, 4 pieces, chop finely.
- Cucumbers: 5 piece

Chop the onion finely.
- Green onions: 2 bunchs

Sprinkle salt on a part of the onion and crush it.

Grate one cucumber on a coarse grater.
- Cucumbers: 5 piece

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Pour in cold kefir. Add cold sparkling water. Salt to taste. Add vinegar to taste.
