Wash the chicken, pour water, and put it on the fire. After boiling, add salt to taste.

Clean the onion, carrot, potato, beet.

Grate the beetroot on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil, add 0.5 cup of water and tomato paste. Stew until the beetroot is soft (15-20 minutes).

Cut the potatoes into cubes, shred the cabbage, and grate the carrot on a fine grater.

Remove the chicken from the prepared broth, separate it from the bones, and cut it into small pieces.
