Sweet beer soup is an original dish of Ukrainian cuisine that combines the tenderness of milk, the rich aroma of beer, and the sweetness of sugar. Historically, such soups were prepared in rural homes as a nourishing and warming treat. The taste of the soup surprises with its balance: the airy egg-beer base is complemented by crispy Borodinsky croutons, while spices and herbs bring fresh notes. This dish is especially suitable for cozy winter evenings or as an unusual dessert for lovers of gastronomic experiments.
