In a blender, mix nuts, garlic, chili pepper, half of the cauliflower and red pepper, grape oil, 2 tomatoes, salt, dill, onion, avocado, coriander seeds, water, and lemon juice.

- Grape seed oil: 100 ml
- Roman tomatoes: 6 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Dill: 1 bunch

- Water: 600 ml
