Pea soup with nuts

Sort the peas, rinse them, put them in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook until soft.
- Peas: 30 g

Add peeled, washed, and coarsely chopped potatoes to the peas.
- Potato: 100 g

Chop the onion finely and sauté in oil. Add to the soup.
- Onion: 25 g
- Melted butter: 15 g

Fry the flour, mix it with broth, and add it to the soup.
- Wheat flour: 4 g

Add crushed walnut kernels, salt, and pepper.
- Peeled walnuts: 15 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
