Pea soup with cherry plum

Sort the peas, rinse them, put them in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook until soft.
- Peas: 35 g

Add peeled, washed, and coarsely chopped potatoes to the peas.
- Potato: 100 g

Peel, chop, and sauté the onion in oil.
- Onion: 25 g
- Melted butter: 15 g

Fry the flour, mix it with broth. Add to the soup.
