Put the meat in water and boil the broth.
- Beef: 125 g

In the strained broth, add large chopped potatoes, finely chopped fried onions in oil, tomato puree, washed dried apricots, pieces of boiled meat, salt, pepper and cook the soup until the potatoes are ready.

- Dried apricots: 25 g
