Prepare all the ingredients.

Boil the egg hard. Remove from heat, drain the water, and immediately place the egg under cold running water until fully cooled.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Boil water with salt in a large pot.

Put the egg noodles in the pot and boil for 40 seconds.

Then drain the noodles in a colander and quickly rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Finely chop the garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
