Boil the ready dry noodles for 5–10 minutes. Rinse with cold water, then drain in a colander and wait for the water to drain.

Cut the meat and onion into strips and fry in vegetable oil, add garlic, ground black pepper, soy sauce, and simmer until cooked.

Prepare egg pancakes. Take 5 eggs, beat them until smooth, add heated vegetable oil, and salt to taste. Cook the pancakes in a pan, then cut them into strips.

Heat the noodles in boiling water, place them in a dish, then add radish salad, cabbage salad, stewed meat, and top with chopped egg pancake. Pour hot broth over everything.
