Wash the bones, dry them, chop.

Pour with cold water and put to boil.

After 1.5–2 hours, add the washed beef with bones and continue to boil for another 1.5 hours.

Strain the ready meat broth (transfer the meat to another dish) and put it back on the heat.

When the broth boils, add the peeled, washed, and chopped onion and carrot, and after 15-20 minutes add the dried homemade noodles.
