Soak the peas in water overnight, then rinse under running water.
- Peas: 250 g
- Water: 3 l

Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Potato: 3 pieces

Cut the onion and carrot into the same cubes.
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 head

Pour the peas into boiling water and cook almost until done, for 20-25 minutes, depending on the type of peas.
- Peas: 250 g

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion and carrot until golden.
- Vegetable oil: 100 ml
- Onion: 1 head
- Carrot: 1 piece

Add potatoes to the peas in the pot, bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Potato: 3 pieces

Cut Borodinsky bread into cubes with a side of about 1 cm.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat, add bread cubes, minced garlic, and salt. Fry for a couple of minutes, stirring.
- Vegetable oil: 100 ml
- Borodinsky bread: 200 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Salt: to taste

Add sautéed vegetables, finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, dill, green onions, and bay leaf to the pot for the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sun-dried tomatoes: 50 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Dill: 15 g
- Green onions: 15 g
- Bay leaf: 3 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Remove the skin and bones from the smoked fish and cut it into large pieces.
- Hot smoked fish: 400 g

Pour the ready vegan pea soup into bowls and add croutons and pieces of smoked fish.
