In a deep skillet, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in sunflower oil. Add the minced meat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Next, add tomatoes in their own juice and diced bell pepper to the minced meat.

Clean the chili pepper from seeds, finely chop it and add to the soup, season with salt and pepper. Pass the garlic through a garlic press and add the beans.

Add a glass of boiling water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. At the end, add corn and simmer for another 5 minutes. Optionally serve with nachos, grated cheese, and salsa.
