Cook broth from meat with salt, pepper, and bay leaf on low heat for 4 hours. Strain the finished broth. Cool the meat and separate it from the bone.
- Boar meat on the bone: 2 kg
- Bay leaf: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Salt: to taste

Cut all vegetables into strips, add the onion whole, and cook until ready. At the end of cooking, remove the onion from the soup. Put the meat back into the soup.
- Tomatoes: 3 pieces
- Potato: 5 piece
- Carrot: 2 pieces
- Beet: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 piece

Serve with finely chopped green onions and dill.
