Cauliflower soup is a delicate, aromatic dish from European cuisine that captivates with its lightness and rich flavor. Cauliflower gives it a velvety softness, while carrots and celery add sweet and spicy notes. This warming dish is perfect for cozy family lunches and for those seeking healthy eating. In some variations, rice is added to the soup, making it more nutritious. A thick meat broth serves as the base, filling the dish with deep, rich flavor. The finishing touch is fresh parsley, which adds freshness and brightness. This soup can be served as a standalone dish or with crispy toasts, creating a harmonious and warming ensemble of flavors.
