Grate the cheese on a fine grater and chop the basil finely.
- Hard cheese: 70 g
- Basil: 10 g

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If needed, add a little more olive oil.

- Pine nuts: 50 g
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Basil: 10 g
- Hard cheese: 70 g
- Olive oil: 100 ml
