Prepare all the ingredients.
- Roasted sesame: 2 tablespoons
- Firm tofu: 50 g
- Gochujang paste: 5 teaspoon
- Honey: 330 g
- Sesame oil: 3 tablespoons
- Soybean paste: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Shallots: 1 head

Grind sesame in a mortar/spice grinder.
- Roasted sesame: 2 tablespoons
