Pesto with walnuts and mint

Pesto with walnuts and mint is an exquisite sauce that combines the richness of nuts, the freshness of greens, and the aromatic spiciness of garlic. The origins of classic pesto trace back to Italy, but this variation features a deeper nutty flavor and subtle mint notes. Walnuts add richness while mint refreshes, creating a balanced palette of flavors. Lemon zest adds a light citrus tang, and parmesan contributes creaminess. It pairs perfectly with pasta, chicken or as a spread for fresh bread. This sauce not only delights the palate but also imparts a special gastronomic elegance to dishes, turning even simple meals into something refined.
