Teriyaki sauce is a culinary magic from Eastern cuisine that has become a favorite among European gastronomes. Its history begins in Japanese traditions where marinades and glazes play an important role in cooking. This sauce captivates with the harmony of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors, making it a perfect complement to meat and fish. Its thick texture allows it to easily coat ingredients, giving them an appetizing shine and rich aroma. It combines the richness of soy sauce, warmth of ginger, caramel notes of sugar, and a light fruity acidity from rice wine. Used as a marinade, glaze or sauce for finished dishes, it enhances the flavor of grilled salmon, chicken or pork. The ease of preparation makes it indispensable in home cooking.
