Salsa

Salsa is a bright and aromatic sauce from sunny Mexico. Its fresh, rich flavor combines the sweetness of cherry tomatoes, the spiciness of garlic, and a slight tang from balsamic vinegar. Dill and green onions add green freshness, while tomato paste thickens and enriches the texture. Olive oil adds smoothness and depth of flavor. This sauce pairs excellently with meat, fish, vegetables, or simply cornmeal chips. Historically, salsa has been an important element of Mexican cuisine, reflecting its love for natural ingredients and rich flavors. Hand preparation preserves the pleasant texture of the chunks, making it even more homemade and appetizing.
