Place the figs in a bowl and pour 2 cups of boiling water over them. Let sit for 5 minutes. Drain. Transfer to a blender.
- Dried black figs: 120 g

Add vinegar, tomato paste, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Balsamic vinegar: 0.3 glass
- Tomato paste: 3 g
- Coarse salt: 1.5 teaspoon

Heat sunflower oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Sunflower oil: 2 teaspoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Then add the fig mass, 1 cup of water, and bay leaf. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, add salt, and remove the bay leaf.
