Pomegranate marinade

Pomegranate marinade is the embodiment of Azerbaijan's rich culinary tradition, where sweet and sour flavors play a key role. Its base is black pomegranate molasses, giving dishes a rich fruity hue with a slight tartness. Garlic, thyme, and bay leaves add depth and aroma, while freshly ground black pepper and chili powder provide spiciness. Red wine vinegar balances the taste, creating a harmonious blend. This marinade is perfect for meat, especially lamb and beef.
