Wild garlic pesto with lemon is a refined version of the classic Italian sauce that combines the freshness of spring ramsons and the spiciness of parmesan. Ramsons, known for its health benefits, gives the sauce a rich garlic aroma, while nuts (cashews, almonds or walnuts) add creaminess and texture. Olive oil provides smoothness and lemon juice adds a subtle tanginess that refreshes the flavor. This pesto is perfect for pasta, bruschetta or even as a marinade for meat and fish. It can be used as a salad dressing to add new shades to familiar dishes. Thanks to its natural ingredients, it is not only delicious but also healthy – rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Easy to prepare yet elegant in taste, this sauce makes an excellent addition to any table.
