A vegan pesto recipe that doesn't have any cheese, but just aromatic wild garlic, pine nuts, black pepper and delicious extra virgin olive oil.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Put finely chopped ramsons (about 2 handfuls) into the blender.
- Wild garlic: 2 bunchs

Continue whisking, adding olive oil until it reaches a thick paste consistency.
