Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the tomatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet (cut large ones in half), top with sliced garlic, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Tomatoes: 400 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves

Chop the bacon finely.
